Want to know your number? Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing is back! RMR testing takes less than an hour and is done by Dr. Carol Ireton Jones in her Dallas office. Your resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the amount of energy your body burns while at rest. The RMR test is a simple, non-invasive test.

  • Schedule with Carol (Caroline will assist)
  • Go to your appointment
  • Invoice sent via Healthie (no payment at time of RMR testing)
  • Review results with Caroline following testing (not at appointment)
